01 Scoping & Initial Workflow Review

  • Initial half day workshop with you to determine requirements
  • Identify any Out-of-Scope items, document proposal variances
  • Consult with you to plan out chart / sub accounts / mapping from old to new

Milestone: Ready for Initial Site Build

02 Initial Site Build

  • Complete configuration & setup
  • Undertake refresh test
  • Conduct internal site review
  • Implement changes arising from site review

Milestone: Ready for Migration Testing

03 Migration Testing

  • Perform a migration (or part) to test & verify results

Milestone: Ready for Training & Review Workshop

04 Training & Review Workshop

  • Provide training and request your review of initial build
  • Implement changes arising from client review

05 Approvals & Security

  • Setup of approvals & security roles
  • Undertake refresh test
  • Conduct internal site review

Milestone: Site Build Complete - Ready for UAT

06 User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • You review and test final site build, and sign off

Milestone: Client Signoff

07 Migration

  • Complete migration per migration plan agreed with you
  • Complete migration transactions balanced & documented to reports from legacy system(s)

Milestone: Ready for Go Live

08 Go Live

  • Provide Go Live support

First Month Milestones: As agreed with client

e.g. First AP Payment Run, First Invoices Sent, First Month end, etc.
